Meet Our Executive Team
Mary’s experience in healthcare IT includes over 30 years working in ambulatory and acute settings with successful organizations.
She began her career supporting revenue cycle management and clinical documentation needs for ambulatory providers at Allscripts (then Misys Healthcare). She implemented systems and offered post go-live consulting and coaching services in her early career, ultimately leading operations teams responsible for new client training and post go-live consulting and system optimization.
As an executive leader at Sunquest Information Systems, she spent over 8 years in the laboratory information systems setting, overseeing international Support and Account Management teams, working with academic medical centers and some of the nation’s largest hospitals and health systems to ensure critical laboratory results were available to providers across the continuum of care. Mary served in an executive leadership capacity during her time at Greenway Health (then Vitera) overseeing Support and Customer Success. Her most recent healthcare leadership experience was with Net Health Systems, a leader in wound care and physical therapy solutions, leading Professional Services and Consulting. Each of these businesses experienced tremendous organic and inorganic growth during her tenure and provided her with a unique set of experiences to bring to Harris OnPoint.
Mary is passionate about helping healthcare leaders use exceptional solutions to ensure those providing care have what they need to deliver the best patient experiences possible and improve patient outcomes. She loves leading teams to deliver extraordinary client experiences while helping team members realize their dreams.
Mike has over 30 years’ experience developing and deploying software solutions. He has worked in all aspects of the software industry and its life cycle, including globally deployed and used software solutions.
His experience in the area of healthcare has included pharmaceutical research, analyzing patterns in late phase II through phase IV drug certification for possible company acquisition, global pharmaceutical manufacturing management. His experience in the healthcare ambulatory includes all aspects of the patient care cycle.
Mike truly maintains an open eye to how the data collected can and will benefit the patient and provider during the patient encounter. This perspective help Mike build a data center now used by medical research students and teachers doing clinical research into better patient care.
Mike is joyfully married to his high school sweetheart, Nickie, for the past 36 years, they have four children, seven grandchildren. When he is not working you might find him on his road bike in the back roads of Indiana or restoring his 1956 Chevy Pickup. Mike loves restoring classic cars is second only to his love of software development.
Joe brings almost 30 years of customer service experience and leadership working both in the clinical and vendor spaces. While in the hospital setting, Joe led several implementation projects, assumed lead roles in the Radiology department, and received the distinct annual Caregiver Award from HCA Healthcare for his excellent medical care and dedication to his profession.
He understands both the operational and financial challenges today’s healthcare organizations face and provides high levels of service.
Throughout his career at Harris, Joe has led large Support/Services organizations that have expanded the globe to include North America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. He has been an integral part of several acquisitions, training initiatives, growth strategies, and served in various Support consulting roles.
Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pa. Several years later he graduated from one of the area’s top Level I trauma centers to become a Registered Radiologic Technologist working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
